UCT Park Access
Site
Location: UCT Park is located on the
west side of S. Phillips Street and north of Wildcat Creek
in Kokomo. Creek access is downstream (west) of the Phillips
Street bridge on the right (northwest) bank.
Parking: There is room for about 50
vehicles in a large gravel parking lot by the playground.
By the baseball diamonds are 2 paved parking lots for
10 vehicles each.
Path to River: From the large gravel
parking lot it is a 50 foot carry over grassy ground then
down a small hill to the river. From the paved parking
lots it is a very short carry down a moderate grassy hill
to the river. (By the paved parking lots there is room
to pull a few cars off right next to the river for even
easier loading/unloading.)
River Access: There is room to load/unload
probably 10-20 boats at a time.
There are trash cans available at this park.
